As Miss Canyon Hills’ Teen 2026, Katherine is honored and excited to represent and be part of the Miss PYL family. A junior at Orange Lutheran High School, she serves as the Student Leadership President in the Missions program. She is an AP and Honors student and also works as a peer tutor. After graduation, Katherine plans to attend a four-year university, where she hopes to continue pursuing her passion for leadership and community service.

Katherine’s talent is singing while playing the acoustic guitar. She has been singing for more than 10 years and taught herself how to play guitar two years ago. Her performance features “Have You Ever Seen the Rain” by Creedence Clearwater Revival, a beloved classic from the 1970s.

Katherine’s Community Service Initiative, Tiny Talkers, focuses on reading to children ages 0–5 to help strengthen early literacy, vocabulary, communication skills, and emotional intelligence. Through social media outreach and partnerships with local children’s programs, her goal is to read books to more than 1,000 children during her year of service.
